Shipping Info and Rates:
All goods in the "available" section in each product category will be shipped
within 3 to 5 days after the payment
All items are carefully packed in individual plastic bags and shipped in bubble envelopes or card boxes. Extra bubble wrap is added to delicate pieces. We ship our goods worldwide at a flat shipping rate (wich will be added at checkout) - other shipping options are also available for extra fees - please choose from the table below. The prices include the shipping cost plus packaging. We ship from Europe.
The goods will be sent to your paypal shipping address. If you want the goods to be shipped to another location please e-mail us or send the correct address in "notes to seller" at checkout.

Payment Methods:
We only accept paypal - a safe and fast payment method.
All your financial info and payment are processed and kept safe by paypal as they
handle our transactions. Other kind of payments are currently not available.
The items are displayed in Euros - click here to convert euros to other currencies.
Gift Certificates:
We offer gift certificates here. How it works: You need to click the button "buy gift certificate" and you'll be linked to a paypal page. There you choose the value you want to offer and you can enter other custom details. After paying, a redemption code will be given to you and it can be spent later in our shop. The code has no expiration date.
Custom Made Jewelry:
Original custom made jewelry is also available, please contact us us with your ideas, descriptions or images and we'll work together to create your dream piece.
Rates depend on the item's complexity and materials used. The working time is around 6 weeks before shipping the order.
Wholesale Orders:
We do bulk discounts of 20% for re-selling purposes. If you have a shop
please contact us requesting information about our wholesale conditions. The working times are usually 1 to 2 months depending in the order volume.
Returns & Privacy Policies:
All sales at ku-ki-shop.com are final, we do not do refunds or returns. In the unlikely event that you have received a wrong item or a damaged piece you should contact us within 7 days. If you receive a damaged item please send photos of it and we'll send a new one; if you have received a wrong item please re-send it back to us and we'll replace it for the correct one for no extra cost.
Money refunds will be given if the item paid is no longer instock or unvailable for shipping.
We are not responsible for lost packages if the order was not insured - insurance is the only way to track and trace your order - we highly recommend it for larger orders and for italian or french buyers. The insured mail is the only proof of posting obtained - it also protects the shop from scammers who want to get double orders.
Your information is secure with us. We will never sell or publish your personal info - it's only used for shipping purposes. We have no access to your financial info as payments are proccessed by paypal, a secure payment method.

F.A.Q's:
- Why is my order taking so long?
All the jewelry is handmade by order by one person and it goes for a long process before beeing completed. Please be patient and order in advance to get your goodies on time.
- Why haven't i received my order yet?
Sometimes orders take a bit longer than usual due to customs when they arrive to your country. We allow at least 1 month before assuming that the order is lost in the mail. If it's lost but insured it will be sent back to ku-ki shop. Otherwise, we're sorry but we can't track it.
- How long have you been making jewelry?
I've been working with polymer clay for the last 9 years and started selling 3 years ago
- Could you tell me how do you make the jewelry?
I'm sorry i can't give an answer to this question, i believe it's all about practice and self-learning.
- Do you sell your goodies at other places?
