Q: Do you ship to my country?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide!
Q: May i ask for custom jewelry? How much does it cost and how long do i need to wait?
A: Yes! The cost is according to complexity and time envolved but not much more than the regular shop prices. Please send us an e-mail with your idea to get a quote. This takes as long as any other order.
Q: Why is my order taking so long?
A: All orders take a little longer since everything is totally handmade by one person and we get several orders. Also, we have no control over the shipping time once the package leaves our hands, sometimes the package gets hold in customs in your country. Please choose priority or insurance mail to reduce the waiting time.
Q: My item arrived damaged/I received the wrong item, can you refund/replace it?
A: Yes, we can replace or refund it, please send a photo of the damaged item or return the wrong item to us and we'll send a new one or a refund. We cannot replace damaged limited edition jewelry due to low stock.
Q: If my order gets lost, will i get a refund?
A: It's very rare that a package gets lost in the mail! Unfortunatly we can only refund or replace insured mail - insurance is available here. It's the only way to track and trace your order.
Q: May i return my item and get a refund?
A: All sales are final, we do not accept returns or refunds, unless the item is damaged or if you get the wrong item. This is because we don't have a stock and we handmade each and every single item after your order, wich envolves a great effort and time from us. Please be sure when ordering.
Q: May i ask for different colors or chain lenght?
A: Yes, please e-mail us with your request!
Q: Does Ku-ki Shop offer wholesale?
A: Yes we do, please send us an e-mail to request the wholesale catalogue and information.
Q: I want to make polymer clay jewelry, could you help me?
A: Unfortunatly we do not have the time to help everyone. Please check the online tutorials on the internet, search for 'polymer clay miniature tutorials'.
Q: How should i take care of my jewelry?
A: Keep them in a safe place when not in use, away from water, dust or direct sunlight. Never wash hands, swim or bath with the jewelry because it will damage the metal parts and chains. Clean with a soft dry fabric.
