Ku-ki Shop StoryHello, welcome to Ku-ki Shop! My name is Vanessa!
I started working with clay 11 years ago as a hobby but Ku-ki Shop officially started in 2006! The name Ku-ki is the word i found while looking for food names in japanese - cookie was ku-ki...so it was a perfect match, as my main inspirations are the japanese urban culture and all food minis, specially sweets. Every piece is handmade with love and care, one at a time, at my small studio. I'm happy to make people smile with my creations! :)
Work process
All the items are handcrafted by me - each single piece goes for a long process before beeing sent to you. It needs to be molded from a raw block of polymer clay until it has the final shape; then it will be baked along with many other pieces; after that they'll get a coat of varnish, and then chains, clasps, ear wires, and lots of beads and other plastic charms will be added; after this, it's time for package each piece in clear plastic bags with our tags and sort them out for each order; they are finally put in envelopes and shipped in very big batches at each time - so, although 1 piece can take 10 to 20 min to be made, the whole batch takes around 4 weeks (we can also add to this process all the time spent replying to e-mails and looking for supplies)! It's a long process but it's worth the wait :) I hope you enjoy my creations!

Processo di lavoro
Tutti gli oggetti sono fatti a mano da me solo - ogni singolo pezzo, va per un processo a lungo prima di beeing inviato. Ha bisogno di essere plasmato da un blocco grezzo di polimero creta fino ad ottenere la forma finale, poi sarà cotto insieme a molti altri pezzi in forno, dopo di che si otterrà una mano di vernice, poi catene, fibbie, orecchio fili, e un sacco di perle e altri charms di plastica saranno aggiunti, dopo questo, è tempo per il confezionamento ogni parte in sacchetti di plastica con la nostra tag e ordinarli per ciascun ordine, sono finalmente messo in busta e spedito in lotti molto grandi per ogni tempo - in modo, anche se 1 pezzo può prendere 10-20 minuti per essere fatto, l'intera partita dura circa 6 settimane (possiamo anche aggiungere a questo processo per tutto il tempo trascorso rispondere a e-mail e alla ricerca di forniture)! Processus de travail
Tous les articles sont faits à la main par moi seul - chaque pièce va pour un long processus avant d 'être envoyé vers vous. Il doit être moulé à partir d'un bloc brut de la pâte polymère jusqu'à ce qu'il ait la forme finale, puis il sera cuit avec de nombreux autres morceaux dans le four, après qu'ils obtiendrez une couche de vernis, puis des chaînes, fermoirs, de l'oreille fils, et beaucoup de perles et autres breloques en plastique sera ajouté, après cela, il est temps pour l'emballage de chaque morceau dans un sac en plastique transparent avec nos étiquettes et les trier pour chaque ordre, mais ils sont finalement mis dans des enveloppes et expédiées dans des lots très grand à chaque fois - si, bien que 1 pièce peut prendre de 10 à 20 min à faire, le lot entier prend environ 6 semaines (on peut également ajouter à ce processus tout le temps passé en réponse à des e-mails et la recherche de pièces)!
